Okay So Start
First of all open CMD you can open CMD by pressing Windows + R Keys
\
After Opening It Type Following Command
netsh WLAN show network mode=bssid
 After that Enter the SSID network name
Now add following Command 
netsh wlan connect name=(wifi name )
and replace Wifi name with target network name and Press Enter
and the Wifi Network will be hacked
